ASSISTANT MANAGER
Full Time · $45-60k
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team, restaurant, and bar. In this role, you will grow within our organization that puts a huge emphasis on quality, team-member relations, coaching for excellence, building relationships and growing the Okauchee market.
Within our organization you will have the opportunity to grow within our current properties and embark on new endeavors to the portfolio along with sharing best practices that will make our team successful.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising restaurant and event space team
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
- Train / evaluate employees
- Assist in tracking monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Assist in resolving escalated customer complaints
- You will help create excellent memories for our customers through food, drinks and entertainment
- You will have a key role assisting with daily operations
- Your previous restaurant experience will bring new ideas, while maintaining what we know works for our customers
- Must have reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant/bar/hospitality experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
